Rates & Conditions

High Season : 490 €/night

• Belgian school holidays and long weekends
• Booking per 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday)
   

Low Season : 390 € /night

• All dates excluding Belgian school holidays and long weekends
• Minimum stay : 3 nights

 

The Apartment will be available for rent throughout the following periods:

• 01.01.23 - 17.04.23
• 15.07.23 - 06.08.22
• 28.10.23 - 07.01.24

We do not provide an online calendar, please kindly e-mail your availability request for your dates (dates within the general available rental periods.)  We typically reply within 36h.
*Any availability request for dates outside of the provided rental periods can be enquired via email. However, kindly take into account that dates outside of the provided rental periods are mostly reserved by the owner.

 

Check in / Check - out
Week rentals are from Saturday till Saturday

• Check-in between 16h - 18h (key handover and apt. info)
• Check-out before 11h
   

Payment

Advance payment: 50% of the rent is to be settled within 5 calendar days after reservation.
Balance payment  (the remaining 50% ) + guarantee deposit is to be settled in full latest 20 days before the start of your stay.

Please provide us proof of payment after bank transfer. We shall notify you upon receival of the payment. Booking is only confirmed and secured upon receiving of the required advance payment in full.

Rental guarantee deposit of 800 € required against any property damages which shall be refunded (-150 € cleaning)  within 15 days after your stay in the event that the apartment was returned in the given state and no property damages were incurred.

Cancellation

• > 20 days prior to your stay : 50 % of rental fee is due.
• < 20 days prior to your stay : 100 % of rental fee is due.

 

• One underground private garage box.
• Premium quality bed linnen and towels. King size beds.
• Baby cot included in Guest bedroom.
• In the rental fee a lump sum for usage of electricity, water, internet/tv is included which should largely suffice within normal usage and normal occupancy of the apartment. The actual consumption can be checked after departure. Consumption exceeding normal usage can be charged in supplement (according to the actual rate of the energy and water suppliers).

Mandatory cleaning supplement of 150 € whatever the length of the rental period and always a minimium of once per week.
*The mandatory cleaning supplement (150 €) will be with held from the required guarantee deposit​.

• Max. 7 guests (4 adults  + 3 children < 16y)
• The house must be returned in the given state
• No smoking inside
• No animals
• No bachelor, nor student parties or alike
• No rentals to a group of students or alike (< 25 years)
• No excessive noise and/or music after 22h00, please kindly respect the neighbours rest time.
• Deepfrying, fondue and alike are not allowed because of fire risk.
• The hanging of garlands by means of tape, nails, pins and/or use of confetti is not permitted.
• In case something is damaged or broken or lost during your stay, please inform us before your departure.
• Garbage and residual waste to be sorted in compliance with the local directives.
• Dishwasher to be emptied before departure.
• Kitchen cleaning is done and items are placed back in an orderly fashion.
• The apartment must be left neat on the date of departure
• Cleaning supplement of 150 € comprises a standard cleaning session. In the event of non-compliance with the house policy, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures and any incidental costs of consequence could be charged - partially or in full- additionally from your guarantee deposit.
